We're expanding our pool of consultant software engineers to support client work as it comes in. This is not a full-time role: we engage consultants flexibly, project by project, as demand requires, at competitive rates.

What you'd work on

Our engineering work generally involves:

Building and maintaining content-driven websites optimised for search visibility, with fast, streamlined publishing workflows
Developing tools that use AI to analyse and structure large datasets for practical, client-facing use
Building polished, high-performance marketing websites to a professional design standard
Automating manual processes and building bespoke internal or client-facing tools around specific business needs

What we're looking for

Solid full-stack web development experience (front-end and back-end)
Comfort working with AI tools and APIs as part of the development process — we use AI to move fast, and expect engineers to do the same
Experience with data-driven or automation-heavy projects is a strong plus
Ability to work independently, deliver to a high standard, and turn work around quickly on a project basis
